Wide Open Design only collects personal data like names, addresses, phone numbers,
credit card numbers and email addresses from those that voluntarily submit the information
while placing orders. This information is necessary to process orders, payments,
and shipping product.
We reserve the right to ocasionally send notices to visitors. These notices are
usually to inform of sales, new products, or special offers.
Wide Open Design does not share or sell your personal information with or to anyone.
Price Changes
All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
We do our best to ensure accurate prices are displayed. We reserve the right to
"no sell" a mis-priced item(s) at the inaccurate price. If this occurs we will contact
you via email or phone.
Sales Tax
Tennessee sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped or billed to Tennessee
residents.
Shipping Policy
All orders placed Monday - Friday are processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on
Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. If an item is found
to be on backorder we will do our best to notify you. Backordered items will not
be charged until product is ready for shipment.
If you have special shipping needs please contact us to inform and discuss them.
We reserve the right to ship the most economical way. Shipping quotes apply to the
lower 48 states. For shipping to all other areas please contact us for an accurate
quote.
Shipping for items marked as "frieght required" must be checked for accuracy.
Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of shipment if unused and in original packaging.
No returns will be accpeted without prior authorization from Wide Open Design. A
restocking fee of up to 30% may be charged. Shipping and frieght costs are non-refundable.
